no incoming calls

hello,

i have a speedtouch 780wl ,i have done the setup successfully ,there is outgoing calls ,but no incoming calls. when i use it to call someone i can do that and it's display my number but when i call my number with a cell phone ,another person answer me .
i think the support team must do something because the issue if from their server and is not from the setup of my modem .
it's not the first time that i setup a speedtouch 780wl with a freephoneline number.

thanks a lot it was a mistake of my setup ,i put voip.freephoneline.com instead of the phone number in the URI .
now it works perfect.
