Whats taking so long?
why do you guys make it so hard to put money on accounts? auto renew never works for me and i end up getting cut off a call every dang time and then i have to take 5 minutes to add another measly 5$ to my account.... why is is taking so long to allow me to put 10,20,30$ on whatever amount i want onto my account?! you guys make me have to call you guys (during your office ours). can you guys fix this already? im just trying to give you my money in a more convenient manner for christ sake
