ht702, I can receive calls but can't make a call

ht702, I can receive calls but can't make a call

HI, for now a month i can receive calls as usual but when i try to make a call the tone starts cutting and i cant make the call.
I tried reseting the ht702 and reconfiguration of the box but i did not work, i also tried to upgrade the firmware.
I need help plz

Hi there,

To reset device- please see below:

I believe there is a reset button at the back. Please check the manual that came with your ATA for additional details.
