no incoming call/no sound at all when call out

I just bought the unlock key from freephoneline, but after configure on my cisco 7960 sip phone, it show register successfully and i could dial out.

but after this, no sound at all, both side could not hear each other.

i tried dial in from my cell phone, but always got "the person you try to reach is not available, please leave messages".

I search in this forum and disable SIP ALG according the some post, but nothing fixed.

please help me find out what else i could do to have it fix.

I tried my another voip account (to ciktel) on same devices and same config on firewall, it works perfect.
but with freephoneline, i could only call out, when calling in, phone does not ring at all. always say not available.

please help.
