Can here dial tone and dial but then no sound/they here me

I can dial a number from my ATA connected phone but after it dials, I cannot here the recipient, they can here me.
This phone is in port 2. port 1 is configured with an older config file and works fine using 5060. Port 2 is 5061. Ports are open on the firewall and directing to the PAP2.
I previously had another config on port 2 which did work but for some reason, the config file i ordered 1 week ago has this problem. I ensured the appropriate codec is in the setting.
Any ideas?

Linksys PAP2 ATA and Linksys wired router used

Do a factory reset on your ATA device. Then plug it back into your router and re-enter all your information. This will allow your ATA to get a new IP from your router and it should work. Also make sure your ports are open. I thnk the port range for a PAP2 are 16384 - 16538.

Ended up being my Linksys wired router.
It was failing to forward dns from ISP to my local PAP device. I ended up just replacing the router which fixed the issue
