no audio when calling long distance to BC

Today I used the fongo to call my friend in BC. I made the call, my friend got my number displayed in the call display. but he cannot hear any audio, and I cannot hear any audio from him either.
Call log attached with the phone number removed for privacy reason.
Can Fongo support help me out.

I have place another long distance call to ontario, and that work well.
