Hi. Since Yesterday, i cant receive any more incoming call.
I tried to call my FPL number with a cell phone and no answer, no voice mail, no ringing.
Once, I got a recorded message, in french, saying all network connection are busy.
I did not change any setting.

same issue here... 514 number.... I really thought it was not ata acting up... reboot... change router config... nothing...

I failed doing the same, that is why all of us should check here and/or FPL's status before panicing ot messing around with our hardware/software.
The same problem is ongoing for me since someone called me yesterday. No incoming calls but outgoing is OK on my freephoneline home phone. Fongo mobile call to and from home phone works fine.
Depuis quelque temps, je me suis rendu compte que plus personne ne pouvait m'appeller à mon numéro. Lorsque l'on m'appelle, ça raccroche automatiquement pour certain et pour d'autre, il y a un message qui nous dit qu'il y a un problème de réseau. Pourtant, je peux envoyer des appels. J'ai reconfigureé mon ATA, ainsi que mon routeur, mais sans succès. J'ai ensuite essayer le logiciel Fongo/Desktop 3.2.7.0 pour voir si le problème pouvais provenir de mon ATA, mais encore une fois, même problème. Je peux appeller mais pas recevoir d'appelle.

Si tu avais fait une recherche sur Google, tu aurais rapidement vu que le problème n'est pas lié à Fongo/Freephonline alors inutile de déménager chez Bell ou VidéoÉTRON.
