Cannot buy Voip Key one time 50$ fee

I have my account registered, can call and receive inbound calls. I tried to buy the one time fee SIP Unlock Key. But server crashes with an HTTP 500 error (Internal Server error) after I provided all my credit card information. Can I buy the key through another channel (e.g. phone) instead of web site?

Hi. I logged a ticket which was adressed within minutes (!).
For others who may have this error, the root cause was because I had entered invalid credit card number. Support staff called me back and processed the order over the phone sucessfully.

I have now everything set up and working.
