1. did it work before and it stopped working?

2.Do you have an all in one modem/wireless router as the one below:

This number has just been ported. I am trying to setup one of my friends ata. as he does not know how to do it. My brother has the similar ata so i just uploaded his config and changed user and password. still no luck. even the desktop app phone does not work.

the ata is currently with me. It does not work as described above. my setup is dsl modem->ddwrt router bridged->ata.

i have three phones with freephone line and all three work. its just his that does not work at my place or at his place. can you check if number has been ported properly?

Here is the twist I put my number and password and it works perfect. So not sure but the problem looks like the number is not been ported properly or something else.
