Mobile APP - Cannot receive texts with pictures

I recently purchased the add on to my Fongo mobile app account permitting me unlimited SMS within Canada. I have been able to send texts, as well as texts with picture attachments. However I only receive texts. Any text with a picture attachment sent to my Fongo number is not received.

Is this a limitation of the service or do I have to configure something?

I have the Fongo app installed on my Nexus 7 tablet running Android 4.2.2.

Que l'on puise mettre fongo comme application par default pour le téléphone et texte, ce qui semble être possible pour les androids, si ceci n'est pas autorisé par Apple, dumoins de le faire pour les jailbreaker.

I have not yet found an mobile app that can do MMS, so I am not surprised Dell Voice cannot do MMS either.
