Hello,
I would like to check my voice mail using my cell phone. I used one of the access numbers provided by this listing http://www.freephoneline.ca/vmAccessNumbers. After dialing the access #, I'm asked to provide my customer #. I need to know my customer # before using this. How can I obtain my customer #? Please respond.

it is your FPL phone number, with the initial 1 (so 11 digits in total). You will also need your pin number which you can find in your online admin account on the settings > voicemail settings page (https://www.freephoneline.ca/voicemailSettings)

When it requests the password, it will be the same password you would usually use to access your VM.
