Hi,
The incoming call does not work since Thursday, and it goes to the message box directly.
I reset the my route and ATA, and it still does not work. The outgoing call works well.
I am in Ottawa.
No incoming call

Can you try what Jake suggested here?

Re: No incoming call
Following your instructions by dialing *73 and *79 (hanging up between calls), it worked. However it only worked for several hours and I have to redial them again. I reset my ATA and configured it again. But the problem is still there. I am wondering what problem it is.

Re: No incoming call
What do you have for a router? and a modem? You router is responsible for where the incoming calls go, and it looks like your router is no longer able to do it's job.

My router is Linksys E3200. But why could I receive call after I dial *73 and it worked well before?bridonca wrote:What do you have for a router? and a modem? You router is responsible for where the incoming calls go, and it looks like your router is no longer able to do it's job.

Try to install this firmware on your router: (look for your model in the list)

Let me know if there's any improvement.
Thanks,
