local number look like long distance

Hi,

I have a FPL number in Hull/Ottawa region : 819-770-xxxx
I can make, receive calls to anyone in my local region (Gatineau and Ottawa) except one number: 613-804-xxxx
When I try to call, I got the message as it was a long distance : your account balance is insufficient to place a call to that destination.
Please fix

613-804 is Ottawa Fongo Support, so it should certainly be free. (The number he is trying to call is in his post)

I expect the rate table just needs updating, although looking back though my records this has been active for quite some time, and it is one that I have reported to Fongo_Neil in the past.

I have similar problem in Vancouver/BC. Seems like all calls to 604-499-XXXX numbers cause "account balance is insufficient" message. These are all local Vancouver numbers. I opened a support case and can PM a number if that helps.

Same issue in Vancouver/BC with 604-499-XXXX numbers. All of these should be local but cause "account balance is insufficient" message. Opened a trouble ticket and can sent a PM if needed.

That number is listed as Vancouver which is listed as a free calling area, so if you have opened a ticket I would PM it in to make sure it gets looked at.
