My phone has been quiet for 2 days and I found out today that my ATA is not able to receive any incoming calls. Caller will get a busy tone ("The person you are trying to reach is not available").
I also noticed that when I try to dial out, it will beep 4 times then start the normal dial tone. I am not sure they are related.
I haven't touched my ATA (SPA3102) before having the problems.
Please help!!

Re: ATA not able to receive incoming calls
My bad. I found what caused the problem and problem solved.
It turns out to be a dumb thing I did. Instead of setting Block ANC Serv to 'yes', I set DND Serv to 'yes'.
Last night I recalled that I DID make a change to my SPA3102 recently to block anonymous call because someone kept calling my number without a caller id. Then I went to the configuration page and found the setting was wrong.
Block ANC Serv: Block anonymous call
DND Serv: Do Not Disturb
