Calls are Going Straight to Voicemail using freephoneline.ca software. Any ideas?

What router are you using? This is most likely either anti-virus software or windows firewall blocking our application, or your router blocking the connection.

Each call seems to go through ok, but the call also simultaneously goes to a voicemail message. Whatever number I call, I get the message "Sorry we did not get your recording. At the tone please...etc", which overlaps with my intended call. What can I do? Thanks
