Sound choppy at the other end please help !

Hi,

Have FPL configured on a Linksys PAP2T with a SonicWall router. All the configuration look good I have used the one on the forum. I can do and receive call with no problem.

Problem is peoples at the other end tell me most of time my voice is choppy. It goes on and off. I have tried change codec g711u to g729a but don't change much.

My ISP is 5MB down and 1MB up and when using my ATA i'm not downloading or upload on my WAN connection. No QoS configured.

What do you recommand me to look at from now ? Is 1MB upload enough or should I upgrade to 1.5MB ?
