Unable to hear ringing to outgoing calls

I have a 647 phone number from FPL and have a SIP on my Cisco spa112. Works great except for one odd thing. I cannot hear ringing when I call phone numbers. Most of the calls go through but I cannot hear ringing. Can anyone help?

I solved my issue using http://blog.voipdiy.com/2013/07/configu ... -with.html. Enabled STUN server and it solved my issue.
