Voip Unlock Key

I purchased Voip Unlock Key on line and did not receive the key password. I can't have any outgoing and incoming calls. My status is still disconnected. The configuration that I was missing is Key Password. I had submitted 2 request to have the Key Password but no response at all. I am frustrated and willing to get my money back. This is the drawback dealing with machine. Any incoming calls will be answered the person is not available. Any attempt to make any outgoing calls will be answered your phone is not connected yet. Anyone can help me please? Thank you

You should have got an email to the address you registered with. It is worth checking your spam folders also.

You should also be able to see your details online in your admin area.

If you login @ www.freephoneline.ca and then click on the settings link towards the bottom of the page, you should then see a SIP Settings tab, click on it and it should have your details.

Jake, thank you. I did check the spam box, but found none. Likewise the setting SIP is "disconnected". I already submitted the ticket to support team but no reply thus far.

Jack, the only email I have ever received was re Invoice confirmation only

So are you saying that there is not any SIP settings on that page, just the fact that it is showing as disconnected?

Either way, PM your ticket number to Fongo Support (see sig for link) and that should get to someone that can help.

I would still be interested in knowing if you see your SIP settings or not, they should be there.
