I bought the Activation key tonight to replace my current VOIP provider. I'm currently able to received and make call using my current VOIP provided but once I switched my information to FreePhoneLine, I cannot hear the person I'm calling. If I switch back the info to my current provider everything is working properly.
I'm using and SPA-3000 with firmware 3.20(GW)
Thanks
Can't hear caller

Re: Can't hear caller
On the router, you need to open up RTP ports 16384-16482 and forward them to the ATA. That is assuming you did not change the default RTP ports on the SPA-3000. adjust accordingly if so. after the change, power down the modem, router and ATA, and then power them back up after a minute. That assures the devices will use the new settings.
