Stutter tone when no messages - partially SOLVED

I see posts where user are reporting that they are getting stutter tone when there are no messages on FPL server, and vs.

As far as I know in order to check your voice messages you dial *98

Ok, so I dialed *98 - no messages. But anyway have stutter tone.
I dialed myself (my phone number) and was asked for pass (like when using *98) - and surprisingly there were 2 messages.

So this is weird...
1) checking VM using *98 - no messages
2) checking VM by calling myself - 2 messages

And also when I deleted those 2 messages => the stutter tone disappeared instantly!

Dear fongo support, any comments or feedback?

Why *98 is not working as expected?
