Software Verson : 5.1.6 (LS)
Hardware Version: 5.1.5

Internet Provider: Shaw
Cisco DPC3825 DOC SIS 3.0 Gateway
Port forwarding enable: 13000-13001, 5060-5061, 6060-6061, 16384-16538

phone is not ringing for in-coming phone.
