Vista bug :S

I have no idea what the problem is, I'm running as Admin in Vista, when i double click on icon , the green phone appears near the time in the bottom right corner. i double click on it and i get ..... well take a look at the picture =( .
I uninstalled and re-installed, deleted prefetch ..... nothing seems to work.
++ The only way to close it is by going to Task Manager >> End Task.
There is no keypad nothing, but i belive its logged in because its green in the corner and when i call it while its messed up like this it rings, when i end it , it sends me straight to voicemail.

try uninstalling softphone then java, then reinstall in reverse order

Did that the first time did not work, so I took off run as admin before I uninstalled the 2nd time, did a search for any file or folder named FreePhoneLine and deleted it, delete prefetch, restartd my computer and re-installed FPL ( and java) and it works again.
