Hi. I wonder what ATA config should be in order to enable switching between calls? (ie, put the first caller on-hold, when someone else is calling in) I have SPA2102 in case that matters... So far, the 'old' method that used to work with Bell (aka, hitting 'headset up' on my phone) doesn't work - I just loose the call I'm on right now, but do not get switched over to the second call. Does FPL support 'call waiting'? If so, does ATA has to be configured to use this feature?
Thx, Vlad.

You shouldnt have to do anything on the ATA if it was setup with FPL details from a default ATA. Call waiting is supported by FPL. All I do is a Hook Flash on my telephone set which takes me to the other incoming call.

I had my own ATA before I joined FPL... But from what i researched there is no ATA config that might have any effect of switching between the calls / call waiting function. Can you probably post your config here?

Could be you have deactivated CW...these are my settings for my SPA3102 which is pretty much the same as your SPA2102 except you have 2 VOIP lines. Like I said previously all I do is a Hook Flash on my phone set which takes me to the other incoming caller and Hook Flash again to the original caller. You can compare my settings to yours and see if anything is different.
