Last few weeks when I try to use one of my SIP devices or software with my FPL account I am greeted by Allison Smith saying "This account number is not valid."
Of course, my account has been unlocked and working great for years.
I continue to receive follow-me calls, but haven't noticed any making their way to my supposedly registered device.
Let me know if you can have a look at the issue and I'll generate some registrations and failed calls to track, and of course my account #
