Cannot Call Out- Password Not Valid Message

I have a Thomson TG784 modem/router.

For the last week, I have not been able to call out or receive calls. When I try to call out, I get a message saying "That Password is Not Valid". When anyone calls, we don't hear the phone ring, and their message do not go to the answering machine, but they can leave messages in my Fongo voicemail account.

I can call using CSIP on my tablet or the fongo phone app on my PC.

I am thinking something is setup wrong in the Thomson modem. The thing is I did not change any settings when it stopped working.

Has anyone ever experienced this problem?

I sent one email to the support team earlier in the week and did not get a response yet, and I have just sent a follow-up a few minutes ago. Looking to the forum for help where Fongo is letting me down.

It would be worth double checking the settings in your TG. Your account must still be OK if you can use CSIP (I assume with the same settings as is in your TG).

Have you tried powering it down for 10 minutes then powering it back up to see if that clears things through?
