Not reachable for long distance incoming calls

Hello,
I set up my SIP with SPA2102 ATA yesterday. I can call numbers from same local code (514) and I can call my FPL number from the same local code. However others cannot call me from long distance number out of North America. I didn't try with other numbers with +1 as country code (other Canadian or US cities).

How can I fix this problem?

They should be calling your freephoneline number, the long distance number we give you is a generic access code for all long distance users.

If they call your freephoneline number, it will behave just like any regular phone call would. If not, they'll need to contact their phone carrier and see what the termination problems may be.
