No incoming calls - Unallocated (unassigned) number

I just moved to a new house and connected my ATA with my FPL account that was working in my old house, but now incoming calls aren't working. In the call logs for every incoming call, I see the following:

I can provide ATA settings as required -- I'm using a SPA2102. Any ideas?

Outgoing calls works fine.
