Registration failing after power outage and ISP issues

I have a Linksys SPA 2102 setup with two lines that have been working flawlessly since the initial setup. The last few days I have had internet issues with my ISP and 2 or 3 brief power outages last night. These have been rectified and resulted in a new modem. (my router has stayed intact) Now that my internet issues are resolved one of my two lines is failing registration. No Dial tone and registration is failing according to the SPA 2102 for LIne 1. Line 2 is registering and working fine.
