Greetings,
We currently have two phones set up with freephoneline. However, only one of the two is working, we are getting one way voice issues on the other.
I did a thorough check of all the settings and found everything to be in order. Furthermore, interchanging the account between phones works fine. Therefore, I do not believe it to be an issue related to phone or network settings.
Thank you in advance for your help

Re: Issues with second account
To get a working setup, on the router, you need to forward separate ports to each ATA device, and make sure the ATA device is configured to accept the newly assigned ports. This is assuming you have a router that can do that.
Each ATA needs specific RTP ports forwarded to them also. And for good measure, I would change the SIP port on each ATA device, something like 6064 and 6068 instead of the default 6060. An added bonus is that it confuses rogue SIP VOIP scanners, which adds just a small bit more security in your VOIP setup.

Re: Issues with second account
Thanks for the response.
However, I was able to get two freephoneline.ca numbers running simultaneously but the new number I have purchased is still giving me one-way issues.
