Loose voice on Mac desktop when switching to another applica

Systematically on my Mac, during a call, as I switch to another application (e.g. Chrome), the Fongo Desktop application does not transmit the voice anymore. In sound preferences, I can clearly see the mic is working fine but those on the line loose my voice. This is very bad as Fongo ends up not being reliable.
