Will Fongo Credit or Refund For Service Failure?

Will Fongo refund or credit its customers due to the two day inconvenience of not being able to receive incoming calls on New Years Eve and New Years Day? If so, is there a way to contact customer service to speak to a live person about this inconvenience?
