No incoming calls now??

About 1 week ago i had incoming calls now it goes straight to voice mail but outgoing works just fine any ideas? i tried restarting it but hate to factor reset it again

Please try a full power off of Modem/router and ATA for 30 minutes


Reconnect after 30 minutes starting with the modem.

still doesnt work i left it off for 2 hours and now i cannot even access my admin panel i tried ****110# and tried to access the panel with that ip and i cannot!

Perhaps your web interface access needs to be enabled if you have a linksys device.
