Cannot be heard on outgoing calls

Hi All,

We recently started using fongo, however when we call someone the call recipient cannot hear our voice, but we can hear them.

Any ideas, we have a WRT54G v5 wireless router connected to the modem which is then connected to the fongo adapter.
