Unable to register

My service disappeared in the morning today. Device not registered. Tried resetting the device and re-entering all credentials, no luck, rebooted the router, same. I followed this guidehttp://forum.fongo.com/download/file.php?id=898to intially set the ATA up. Anybody knows what the issue is?
