I got message that I cannot purchase WorldCredit because too many attempts. Can you please unlock account so I can make a purchase and can you please enable option for $10 $15 $20.

I recently registered a number with freephoneline.ca, area code is 289. everything is OK with local outgoing and incoming call.
however, I seemed to have issue with international calls to China, for both local and mobile numbers.

Most time when I dial the number, no sound at all, but I see the timer started counting until I end the call. My friends confirmed that they didn't receive any incoming call when I tried the number.

I used this format for international call: 011 86 ### ###### (where they area code and local phone, without any space in between)
or 011 153 #### #### (without space)

None of them worked, even with World Credit deducted.

Is there anything missed for my case?
