Hey all
This afternoon my service started going straight to voicemail without ringing. My ATA reports being registered, but I have rebooted the router and ATA just to be certain.
I sent a support request but seeing as how the automated email you get back says they don't support VOIP config file customers ...
Anyways I won't say it's definitely not on my end, but from what I've observed here in the past, it's certainly possible its FPL side.
I have of course not created any changes in the time between when this was working and when it stopped working.
thanks for any suggestions

Perhaps DND or CFW was enabled on ATA by accident.
Please try Jake's suggestion:

Wow, thank you. That was it.
Wife can never remember the proper voicemail code and did the wrong one.

If you don't use the DND or CF services, you should be able to go into the ATA and either turn them off or remove the * codes associated with them. This way they can't be turned on by accident.
