[SOLVED] "This account is blocked"

[SOLVED] "This account is blocked"
I have used Freephoneline desktop application since years.
Worked OK until today's morning.
This morning, when I tried to check the voicemail, I've got the message "This account is blocked".
The same message was played when I tried to place a call from my account, as well as when I tried to call my FPL number from an external number.
To be clear, I am not aware of any wrongdoing, which could trigger this kind of reaction.
I've restarted the application. No change.
I still can to log into the Freephoneline.ca site. It shows all my settings as usual, with no indication that anything is wrong.
I don't see any way to contact the FPL in this matter, so I'd like to get some guidance, what can I do to get this service restored.

Please try to provide the relevant details in the ticket- including the telephone number associated with your account and the version of the Desktop app installed on your PC

By the way: when I tried to register for fongo support, I failed to resolve captcha 19 times. Only the 20th attempt was successful. Does it mean, that I am 95% machine and only 5% human ?

Problem solved by contacting the Fongo Support.
The only pity, that it took over 2 hours to test everything, doing several restarts, seeking help on forum, registering for support (with 20 tries to solve captcha), submitting tickets etc.

I have the same issue and have submitted a ticket but was told that support is not provided for freephoneline
