INTERMITTENT PROBLEM- Cannot hear the calling party

- ISP Name: ROGERS
- Computer OS: WINDOWS XP
- Router: Linksys WRT54G/GL/GS
INTERMITTENT PROBLEM- Cannot hear the calling party
I have 2 accounts on the same Linksys PAP2T Adapter. In a random pattern (intermittently) I can not hear the calling party, while they can hear me, or, I receive the ring, can not hear the caller, while they get the answering service "on" like there is no answer. This happens for at least a couple of months.
I re-configured the device - no improvement. Replaced the box with a new one - the problem appears to be the same. My ISP is Rogers. Cable connection (as it is for many years). The adapter is connected to a router which doesn't seam to have any problems with the rest of the network. No hardware changes were done recently whatsoever. My router is Linksys WRT54G/GL/GS
Please help!

Please fill us in when you get this problem resolved. I'm also encountering the same issue as well. Today, the line keeps on cutting off randomly for no reason.

No I do not have the same setup as OP. I only have 1 FPL account using Obihai 110. I think I have to create a support ticket because I'm suffering more than the usual packet loss during calls now.
