no voip key

I have paid for a voip key and received email showing the purchase but have not received a key yet....I also setup a Technical Support inquiry (request #51399) and still have yet to get any answers. can anyone tell me what is going on please. thanks.

Have you looked online? If you log into your account and go back to the Sip Settings section, it should be in there.

I would also PM your ticket number to Fongo Support who should be able to help. See sig for PM link.
