transfer failed

I would like transfer my number 514-489-XXXX to freephoneline and get the voip unlock key.
but while im doing it, the system showing me

Error: Unfortunately the number (514) 489-XXXX is not available to be transferred to Freephoneline.
We apologize for the inconvinience.

I double checked the information I filled up was correct .

please let me know what should I do.

I edited your phone number as this is a public forum.

Your number is listed up as a Montreal number, and Fongo has this in their list of portable numbers so it should work.I do know however the Montreal area is a bit hit and miss when it comes to Fongo so you will have to send in a support ticket for this one. See my sig for links.
