Long Distance showing up on local call

Long Distance showing up on local call
outgoing CID works great for everyone else except for one bell user (so far that i know). it shows up on their phone as "Long Distance" with no number but doesn't ring as long distance. any one else have this issue?

Strange indeed...
Could you email me your Freephoneline number, as well as this Bell users number and the time of your call?.. If you've not made any calls in the past 3 days to this number, could you so I can check more up to date logs?

It show's on there phone (2 people on Bell landlines)
