Receiving call issue
Hi, my ATA is OBI110. From yesterday when I receive incoming call there is no voice. I tested, when I received call, the caller actually still not connected and will go to voicemail in the end. But I tested GV with no this issue. Outcoming call is no problem. Also forwarding call also is ok. Need help. Thanks!

You will need to reset OBI to factory defaults- details below:
1.Reset OBI to factory defaults
http://www.obihai.com/faq/Troubleshooti ... tory-Reset
3. Add device to Obi portal
4. Select Freephoneline as a provider
5. Enter your name, sip user id and sip password
Name: Your name
User: your FPL sip user ID
Pass: your FPL SIP password
6. click on submit
7. After 2 minutes, your device will be configured
Test the line and let me know.
Thanks,

Re: Receiving call issue
Hi, there
I still have problem to receive call. It will go directly to voicemail. After I change configuration or power off/on, it will go back to normal(can receive call). But only 5 minutes later I tested, it will go directly to voicemail again. Please help.

If you have an OBI, you have to remove any old profiles from Obitalk website.
I can confirm that if you reset device correctly and reconfigure it, it should be no issue.

Re: Receiving call issue
I changed 'RegistrationPeriod" in ITSP Profile from 3600(default) to 120 then seems everything is OK now.
