Cannot hear anymore

I updated the firmware for my Yealink T22P phone. Now I cannot the the person on the line, but the person call hear me.

Any idea what is causing the issue?

I resolved my issue with the following changes.

I powered off my phone for five minutes, made the changes listed and now it works fine.

STUN SERVER=Stun.counterpath.com:3478
Server Host= voip2.freephoneline.ca:5060
