Can not make phone call

Using Fongo on my Android phone for a while. Today I got message "call can not be completed, you do not have an active Fongo Connection".

Did you sort this out. My Fongo is doing the same thing and I used to have no problems with calls. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy. The Fongo icon is Green-as-in-good-to-go, but when I tried to dial a call it turns to red and give me the "you do not have an active Fongo connection" message.

I was able to receive and listen to a voice mail the other day, but still no service. For over a week now.

My WIFI equipment was recently changed and I suspect that might be the problem, unless the issue is a Fongo issue.

I have same problem just recent couple day. Did you figure out what is wrong?

I am having this issue presently. I'm using a Koodo Samsung Nexus S, stock Android 4.1.1. The SIM card stopped working the other day (probably because my phone is 4 years old) so I was relying on fongo to call Koodo and sort out the matter, but all of a sudden I get the "Call Failed. You do not have an active Fongo Connection" message. I booted my phone without the non-working SIM, but I doubt that matters. I lacka 3G connection, but can totally use a web browser just fine because I have a strong wifi connection. Does anybody have any idea what's going on here? I paid for full Fongo with texting for a year and can't use it!
