Seems I can't make outgoing calls now (4:00pm edt) yet just 3 hours ago all was fine. Is there a problem not addressed in the forum?
ATA (pap2) was just rebooted and no connection.
System must be down, is it?

Just tried calling my number from a neighbor's phone and I get a recording "this call cannot be completed as dialed"

Must have been a brief outage, back working again.
