Hi,
My line has suddenly stopped working. I'm using a Grandstream HT-286. I bought this from freephone line so it was pre-configured. When I log into the unit it says "Registered: No" under status. I tried entering my SIP password from my account settings (as it was blank) and rebooting the device which did not work.
I went over all the settings from the pdf outlining HT-286 settings and they are all correct as far as I can see.
Any ideas?

1st I would try powering down the ATA for 10-20 minutes, as well as power cycling your modem and router.
If that doesn't work open a support ticket and support will look into your account a bit more and can see things we can't in the forum. The links are in my sig.
