Freephoneline on Motorola VT2142 behind Smart RG SR360n

I recently received new acanac router Smart rg sr360n. I have ATA Motorola VT2142 setup with freephoneline service. Caller can hear me, but I can hear the caller, although phone is ringing. Anybody have been in the similar situation?
