Hi,
I heard that in order to keep the account active, user should use at least once every 3 months.
my question are,
1.use means login into the account?if yes,which one we should connect to remain active? the website account? the desktop app?
2. if the previous answer is no,do we need to dial at least once?
3. if there's people calling everyday, and i use call forward. is this can remain active?
i m just not at all sure about the definition of "use" that u mentionned.i hope i can keep the number.

This has come up before, and we were told that logging in didn't count as use (although a staff member initially said it would).
Basically the account needs to see a call, it doesn't matter if it is incoming, outgoing, or call forwarded. They will send you an email before it gets closed in any case.
It sounds like the number is fairly important to you, so I might consider buying the unlock key even if you never plan on using it. If you have bought the unlock key they will never close it, unless you post out or close it yourself.
