What I need to do first?
I want to transfer another number to my freephoneline account and use ATA to recieve call. I need to transfer old number first or buy unlock key first?

It won't really matter. You should first check to see if your number is OK to port in as they don't port from everywhere. Check on this list http://support.fongo.com/entries/228992 ... o-network-
Next if it was me, I would buy the unlock key and test it full with the FPL number you get. Then when you are happy it works, port in your number. This way if for some reason the system does not work for you due to, say, your internet connection, you have not wasted the $25 to port your number in, and then have to move it back out again.
It is very unlikely it can't be made to work as long as you have a fairly good internet connection, but I would still get the unlock key first, then port in. The other way is perfectly fine though, you will only have to buy the unlock key once as it is tied to the account, not the number.
One thing to keep in mind when you port your number in is it will replace the FPL number you have been given. If you have got attached to that number, then just open a new account and port into that one. It will mean you now have two accounts, but at least you will still have both numbers.
