Hi,
My Free Phone Line number is down for over a week. I have done powering off the adaptor for over 24 hours and then switching in but of no use.
I do not have a dial tone for over 7 days now and the light on my Grand Stream device kept blinking on in RED.
I do not know how to get this fixed. I am not a technical person, so would request guidance as to how to proceed with any changes if required.
Help please.!!

Re: FPL service down for over a week
Hi,
I would like to thank the Freephoneline Customer support who took the pains in replying my email immediately and when we could not solve the issue, the gentlemen called me over on my cell phone and walked me though to change the configuration on the ATA and now my phone has started working again.
Thanks once again to the prompt customer service.
